1. What We Collect

SleepSerene does not require an account. Chat conversations are processed to generate AI responses and are not retained as conversation history. For abuse prevention, an irreversible browser fingerprint hash and an irreversible IP hash are used to enforce free-use limits. Raw fingerprints and IP addresses are not stored in our quota database.

2. Local Storage and Analytics

A Worker-signed access token and anonymous session identifier may be stored in your browser. We record aggregate conversion event counts without names, email addresses, message content, or advertising profiles.

3. GDPR Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of personal data where applicable. For any privacy question, contact support@sleepserene.life.

4. Third Parties

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider; please review that provider's privacy policy. We do not sell or share personal data.
